This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. First, the value for money was outstanding. We couldn't believe how affordable our stay was given the quality of the accommodations and service. Second, the location was perfect. Just a short walk from the beach and right across from 5th Avenue, we had the best of both worlds - tranquility and convenience. And speaking of convenience, the hotel had all the basic amenities we needed, including a small but totally adequate bathroom and even a kitchen in some rooms. Finally, the staff provided a very personal touch throughout our stay. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of, from the comfortable bed and pillows to the delicious breakfast each morning.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

What an amazing Easter experience! The hotel was in the center of everything, which made it easy to walk everywhere. The atmosphere was incredible, with a beautiful garden where exotic birds flock. Hammocks were available all around the hotel area, making it super easy to relax, read and sunbathe. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and happy to offer tips and recommendations that enhanced our holiday experience.
Our room had a bit of noise coming from outside at night, which could be annoying at times. , the pool area was a bit small for the number of guests by the end of the day.

the location was just off the center of the city, so everything was within reach. the room was kept impeccably clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the service was warm and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely garden. There was a small pool and a cozy bar in the courtyard, which were both enjoyable.
The accommodations lacked comfortable beds.

It's located right on 5th Avenue, surrounded by restaurants and just a few yards from some great live entertainment options. The staff is attentive and the service is top-notch, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens replaced daily. I particularly enjoyed the different views of Playa Del Carmen from the rooms, and the nice wooden ecological furniture added a touch of charm. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Great price, good central location, lovely garden setting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had clean towels provided daily and the room was spacious and had a small kitchenette with basic equipment.
The bathroom was not up to standard, it was dirty and the shower leaked profusely. Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room and there was no bottled water provided.
